AiutoGo Platform Terms of Use
Last updated: May 19, 2026Welcome to AiutoGo. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AiutoGo digital platform, including the website, applications, features, APIs, communication tools, payments, and related services.
By accessing or using the platform, the user states that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.
1. Platform identification
AiutoGo is a digital environment designed to intermediate between clients and independent professionals for the hiring of services, classes, consulting, mentoring, appointments, meetings, and other activities permitted by applicable law.
The Platform may operate through web applications, mobile devices, integrations with third-party services, and video conferencing tools.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By using the Platform, the user agrees to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any other policies made available by the Platform.
- If the user does not agree with any provision, they must immediately stop using the Platform.
3. Definitions
4. Purpose of the platform
The Platform acts exclusively as a technology intermediary between clients and independent professionals.
AiutoGo does not directly perform the contracted services, does not guarantee specific results, does not create an employment relationship with professionals, and does not assume technical responsibility for services provided by professionals.
Services are performed entirely under the responsibility of the hired professional.
5. Registration and account
To use the Platform, the user must have legal capacity, provide true, complete, and updated information, and keep access credentials confidential.
- The user is fully responsible for activities performed in their account, for protecting login and password, and for misuse resulting from negligent access protection.
- The Platform may request documents, identity validation, professional proof, and anti-fraud checks.
6. Rules for professionals
The professional states and warrants that they have technical capacity to provide the offered services, hold required authorizations or registrations when required by law, provide truthful information, respect schedules, and maintain ethical and respectful conduct.
- Professionals may not commit fraud, use false identity, discriminate, use the Platform for illegal activities, request external payments without Platform authorization, or manipulate reviews and metrics.
7. Rules for clients
Clients agree to use the Platform lawfully, respect professionals and other users, make due payments, avoid improper access sharing, and not record or disclose sessions without legal authorization.
- Harassment, discriminatory behavior, abusive use of the Platform, fraud attempts, and improper chargebacks are prohibited.
8. Scheduling and sessions
The Platform may provide scheduling, video conferencing, messaging, file sharing, virtual rooms, and recordings when permitted.
Displayed times may consider time zones configured by users.
The user is responsible for adequate internet connection, compatible equipment, and an appropriate environment for participating in sessions.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party services, including Stripe or other financial partners.
The Platform may intermediate charges, make temporary holds, apply fees, convert currencies, block suspicious transactions, and conduct anti-fraud checks.
- Payouts to professionals may occur after payment confirmation, session completion, anti-fraud security periods, and according to the Platform’s operational rules.
- In case of chargeback, bank dispute, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms, the Platform may suspend payouts, block funds, limit features, or suspend accounts.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are defined in a specific policy. The Platform may establish minimum cancellation periods, penalties, internal credits, partial refunds, and administrative retentions.
- No-show situations may result in full or partial charges.
11. Integrations and third-party services
The Platform may integrate third-party services, including Zoom Video Communications, payment processors, authentication services, cloud storage, and communication tools.
AiutoGo is not responsible for unavailability of external services, technical failures by third parties, connectivity interruptions, or applicable external policies.
Use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ own terms.
12. Content and intellectual property
All rights related to the Platform, including software, visual identity, brand, interfaces, features, databases, and documentation, belong exclusively to AiutoGo or its licensors.
Copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting the Platform without authorization is prohibited.
- The user remains the owner of content submitted to the Platform, but grants a non-exclusive license for storage, processing, display, transmission, and operational functioning of the Platform.
13. Privacy and data protection
Personal data will be processed according to applicable law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
Use of the Platform means awareness that certain data may be stored, processed, shared with operational partners, and used for security, fraud prevention, and Platform improvement.

14. Prohibited conduct
The Platform may not be used for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, spam, system intrusion, malware dissemination, intellectual property violations, harassment, discrimination, or improper exploitation of vulnerabilities.
- Violations may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and communication to competent authorities.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiutoGo is not liable for connection failures, temporary unavailability, user conduct, indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, third-party failures, or decisions made based on contracted services.
The Platform’s liability is limited to technology intermediation activities.
16. Account suspension and termination
The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal order, security risks to the Platform, or abusive behavior.
17. Changes to the terms
AiutoGo may change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect after publication on the Platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.
18. Law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of AiutoGo’s headquarters are elected to resolve disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
